| Doctors from 12 European countries, and the Polish Red Cross, examined the graves and bodies. The International Red Cross, and the American and British governments, were asked to send doctors, autopsy experts, and journalists. All refused, not wanting to alienate their ally, the Soviets. The Germans worked hard to prove the Soviets were capable of mass murdering unarmed prisoners. It is illogical to believe that, at the same time, the Germans would themselves have been mass murdering unarmed prisoners at visible camps such as Auschwitz. |
