The most important alleged mass-murder witness, Auschwitz commander Rudolf Höss, was tortured with beatings and no sleep, and on April 15, 1946 at the Nuremberg trials his signed confession, in English, was submitted, which contains a number of physically impossible statements:

HÖSS: "I...commanded Auschwitz until 1 December 1943, and estimate at least 2,500,000 victims were executed and exterminated there by gassing and burning."
IMPOSSIBLE: It would have been physically impossible to cremate even 1/10th of this 2.5 million, plus the alleged 1.5 million from Dec.'43 to Nov.'44. However this was the official figure until 1990 when the total 1941 to '44 amount was reduced to 1 million.

HÖSS: "When I set up the extermination building at Auschwitz, I used Cyclon B which was crystallized Prussic Acid which we dropped into the death chamber from a small opening."
IMPOSSIBLE: 1944 air photos confirmed by a 1993 camp inspection showed there were absolutely no holes in the cement roofs of the below-ground-level morgues at Birkenau or the morgue at Auschwitz 1, that were alleged to have been gas chambers.

HÖSS: "We knew when the people were dead when their screaming stopped. We usually waited about one-half hour before we opened the doors and removed the bodies."
IMPOSSIBLE: With no roof-holes or vents and only one door, it would have taken many hours to ventilate the rooms enough so that people could begin entering to remove the bodies. And when the bodies were moved pockets of gas would have been released that would have affected people working in the room.
